Facilitators:  Teresa Sedano

Cost:  $40 per day or $75 for both

The weekend will include yoga, pilates, meditation, aromatherapy and discussions on nutrition.  This is an experiential workshop geared toward helping sign-language interpreters maintain good health for the benefit of their clients, however anyone is invited to attend.

A yoga mat is recommended, so if you have one please bring it with you.  If not, mats are available for sale at Mountain Waves.
