 Practice Reminders  

Move at your own pace

Maintain awareness of breath and sensation

Move slowly, and only to your edge

Pay attention to how your body feels and moves today, 
in this moment

Work with your body’s abilities today not those of the past

Avoid over-stretching.  Physical pain is not part of the practice.

Pay attention to what your body (not your mind) is telling you

Release a stretch when it is appropriate for your body.  
You don’t have to wait on others.

Do your own practice.  Work with what you have.
