Classes
Classes
are open enrollment which means that you can walk-in, pay for the class
and participate. No advanced notice is required.
Workshops
have their own fee structure and may require pre-payment.
Participation in all sessions is expected.

Class Passes expire at the end of each calendar month. Unused
classes expire and are non-transferable. |

| Flex Pass |

| The
Flex Pass gives you 10 classes to attend within 3 months from the date of
purchase. Purchasers of the Flex Pass will receive a card which must
be presented at check-in prior to class. Unused classes expire 3
months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable. To
purchase a Flex Pass visit the reception desk at the center. |
Required
Items
For
Pilates class you will need a mat and towel or blanket
(optional: a pilates resistance band)
For Yoga class you will need a mat, or a blanket
(optional: a yoga strap and eye pillow)
All
items are available for sale or rental at Mountain Waves.
