Mountain Waves Healing Arts is unique in many ways.  One is in the way we offer a continuum of holistic services designed to help you achieve a higher state of awareness of your body, mind and spirit.  This is unique in Flagstaff, because we provide these services under one roof, in a space that is convenient, comfortable and safe.

Another way we are unique is in our ability to combine these services into what we call Signature Services.  We are combining specific services with the intent of creating a one-of-a-kind experience that can move you beyond the ordinary.  Signature Services also allow for you to experience these services at a discount from the a-la-carte price.

You are the only one who possesses the ability to heal and renew yourself.  Our role at Mountain Waves is to provide a safe and nurturing place in which you can do it.  Welcome.

The Mountain Wave is a Signature Service that combines the one-of-a-kind experience of AquaZaé with a nurturing Swedish Massage.

You'll start your session in the warm water AquaZaé pool 
where your therapist will support and move your body in 
flowing movements to relax your muscles and free the joints 
of your shoulders, hips and spine.

Next, you'll move to the table for a one hour Swedish Massage 
under the nurturing hands of one of our expertly trained therapists 
where any remaining tension can be released, 
leaving you deeply relaxed in your body and mind 
while feeling exhilarated in your spirit.
